We know that your medical needs don't stop when office hours are over.  We have staff available in the Facility 24 hours attending to our clients.

 Not only will our Staff support your existing conditions, we also work to towards your recovery and Relapse prevention strategies. We strive to support you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and support your best possible life.    

The program cares for Adults 18 years and above. The treatment program is mainly for clients with,- Serious mental illness (SMI).- Substance abuse. We embrace heart to heart individualized warm connection with our clients. Treatment Program goals.

The goals are for the client to achieve; 

1. Client Independence
2. Work readiness, ADL, Self care Skills
3. Back to community readiness
4. Follow up program to prevent Regression/ Relapse
5. Counseling, Social integration
6. Assessment, group therapy, Individual therapy
